Planned Giving

Support CASA's long term sustainability

Society grows great when we plant trees in whose shade we know we shall never sit..

Endowment Funds

Picture

CASA for Kids Inc holds endowment funds at two well respected community foundations: The Barry County Community Foundation, and the Capital Region Community Foundation (supporting Eaton and Ingham).

An endowment fund is like a savings account; it’s an investment in CASA’s future to ensure we can advocate for children in foster care for as long as there are children in foster care.

As CASA continues to diversify its funding sources, we know endowment and planned giving are a key part of our sustainability and growth that needs to be watered.

Thank you for investing in the future of the children of our community through CASA.

Planned Giving

Planned Giving (sometimes called Gift Planning or Legacy Giving), enables philanthropic individuals to make larger gifts to charitable organizations than they may normally be able to contribute from annual income.

There are several different avenues for planned giving. If you are interested please reach out to your attorney to best discuss your options. You can always contact our Director, Rachel Swedburg, for CASA specific questions or support.

Thank you for investing in CASA's future.
